We can also take payment details by telephone. Warranty... 24 months warranty is included on all our products. Subject to fair use, and not including vandalism or natural disasters / causes and not including improper installation. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper installation. We are not liable for install costs. Dispatch... All orders will be dispatched to UK and Ireland same day if ordered before 12.00pm, unless the particular item is not in stock. Delivery is recorded. Returns... Any item which does not work to the expected range or as expected can be returned for a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee and postage. If any item is returned in not brand new condition, it may be sent back to the customer without credit. Should packing material be damaged or internal accessories be missing, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied. Items can only be returned as not suitable up until 10 days from receipt of goods, unless being returned for repair or a warranty fault. Account Customers... Account customers are on a strictly 30 day basis. Late payments will automatically be subject to a £70 late payment charge for overdue amounts up to £2000, and an additional £30 per additional £1000 thereafter. Overdue accounts are automatically transferred to a third party agency, at which point you will be liable for any legal expenses incurred. Northern Ireland law applies to any transactions made on this site. We hold credit card information for account customers as a backup method of retrieving payment. Custom Orders... Orders...

Warranty...
